Built. Tested.
Still being proven.

01 / What has worked

  • The existing pilot ran on the Dell against live sources.
  • The focused run reported complete opening and day-task-log reads, including the tested Todoist endpoints.
  • That run reported no production writes and no model calls. Its overall result remained PARTIAL.

02 / What remains open

  • Follow-up fixes still need live validation, according to the saved handoff.
  • Email cursor agreement, WAITING reconciliation, attachment coverage and incomplete project records remain acceptance issues.
  • Full-workflow reliability and reduced subscription usage have not been demonstrated.

03 / The next useful step

Check the latest result before repeating work. The focused test already happened; the question is what changed afterward.

  1. Verify the current handoff and resolve the email cursor discrepancy.
  2. Retest only outstanding fixes with production access kept read-only.
  3. Then compare matched source coverage, missed items, time and model usage.

Keep the scope small. Hold the full ledger reconciler, automatic STATE updates and broader development until the current pilot earns the next step.
